A big thank you to everyone who voted for Norwich Labour candidates last week and supported our plan for a better future for our fine city.
Congratulations to all our fantastic candidates who were successfully elected to Norwich City Council or Norfolk County Council – and commiserations to Michael Rosen, Labour Candidate Norfolk Police & Crime Commissioner Election May 2021, and those council candidates who were unsuccessful this time.
The Labour vote was up across the city, we have returned a Labour-led Norwich City Council and Labour Group at Norfolk County Council remains the second largest group and main opposition to the Tories on this council.
Thank you also to the hundreds of Norwich Labour members who played a role in the campaign this year – delivering leaflets, knocking on doors, phone canvassing, working hard behind the scenes at HQ, putting up boards or something else entirely – your help is really appreciated.
