1. Fight the Tory cost of living crisis

Norwich Labour will fight to ensure everyone has the chance to do well and get on in life. We’ll tackle low pay and insecure jobs by continuing to make Norwich a Real Living Wage city, invest in apprenticeships and stand up for better standards for everyone.

2. Make our streets safer and cleaner

Norwich Labour will continue to tackle fly tipping and anti-social behaviour using CCTV and appointing new wardens, working with our communities to make our streets safer and cleaner.

3. Fight for better services and the NHS

Norwich Labour campaigned to save our Rouen Road walk-in centre; We will continue to defend and fight for our much-needed local services that provide value to our community.

4. Tackling the climate emergency

Your Labour council will continue to put green issues at the centre of everything we do. We’ve reduced our Co2 emissions by 66% since 2008 and invested in green, affordable energy schemes as well as recycling and retrofitting, benefitting thousands of people and our environment.

5. Building homes for Norwich residents

Everyone deserves a home of their own; Norwich Labour will continue to build new council homes, just like our award-winning Goldsmith Street scheme, and support private renters by tackling rogue landlords.
