Labour Group at Norfolk County Council have launched their manifesto for the local elections on Thursday 6th May, at a virtual meeting with Labour’s shadow minister for local government Steve Reed MP.

#NorfolkDeservesBetter, and this manifesto offers a vision of the positive and transformative change that’s needed to make this happen. An easy read verison of the manifesto will be made available shortly.

Cllr Steve Morphew, Leader of the Labour Group at Norfolk County Council, said:

“This is a manifesto for an administration in waiting. We are ready to take over immediately if the electorate want us to.

Part of the manifesto is making sure we are investing in the future of our young people of all abilities and all needs.”

The Norfolk County Council election will take place alongside elections for Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) election Norwich City Council (postponed from 2020).
