Adam Giles
Norwich City Council candidate for Crome
Re-elect Adam Giles
I have lived in Norwich since 2012. I am a Law graduate, and worked as a caseworker for Clive Lewis MP for five years, helping local residents with resolving housing issues, tackling anti-social behaviour, and assisting small businesses get the financial support they’ve needed to get through the Covid-19 pandemic. I am now studying for a Masters’ degree in Employment Law. I was elected as a city councillor for Crome ward in May 2019. I plan to use the knowledge/skills I am developing on my Masters’ to continue championing the Real Living Wage, a “Fine City Employers Charter”, and creating jobs to replace those lost in the pandemic. The last 12 months have been tough. I am confident that if re-elected, a Labour-led City Council will continue to: deliver jobs for Norwich; build more social/affordable housing; and improve health and wellbeing across the city. I hope to play a role in achieving these vital aims.
